Jan 1- May 20, 2011: Two night minimum( Days surrounding Holidays require a three day stay.  That includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) .  $245 per night for two night stays, $195 per night for three or more  days and 5.5% tax. One week $995.00  and tax Jan-May 20th.  Prime Season- May 21st -Labor Day one week stay required  $1365

Early check-in during the off season is usually available but requires an additional charge . You can check in at noon rather than 4pm for an extra $75.

Mid May 2011-Sep 15, 2011 : One week stay required .$1365.00  and 5.5% tax
